On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to the Bay Point of Bay Hill Property Owners Association, Inc., and to Bay Point. Bay Point is truly one of the most unique and beautiful communities in central Florida. Situated on a peninsula on Lake Tibet of the Butler Chain of Lakes, we are privileged to live in a setting of personal privacy, yet only minutes from quality shopping, dining and even the parks.
Our Association is self-managed by the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible of overseeing the daily management of the entry and common areas, enforcement of the By-Laws and Restrictive Covenants, processing Architectural Review applications, keeping and maintaining the financial records (including the collection of the annual dues and any special assessments), and communications with the members of the association.
